About Greenbrier Farms

Greenbrier Farms is a fully working farm in Easley, SC producing USDA Certified Organic Produce, Pastured/Grass-Fed Meats, Farm Weddings & Special Events.  Since its establishment in 1988, Greenbrier Farms has been working with the intent to raise its livestock and crops humanely and sustainably.

The farm is run by Chad and Amy Bishop and Roddy Pick.  The three met many moons ago over a love of music and have always shared a similar passion for agriculture, clean eating and an out of the box lifestyle. Greenbrier's goal is to provide our community with healthy, quality products and experiences that produce a positive impact on the farm’s land and our customer’s palettes.

About Greenbrier Farms

Greenbrier's USDA certified organic produce and pastured meats are sold direct to consumer through a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program, local farmers’ markets and an onsite farm store. In addition, products are sold at select local and regional retailers and restaurants.

Greenbrier’s premier event barn hosts an array of special events including weddings, corporate events, private functions, farm to table dinners and annual Greenbrier events. Our events feature a full service event staff and utilize the products produced on the farm to supply both on and offsite events with authentic, farm to table catering.
