Our September Supper was a delight!
The weather was perfect as the sun set over the pine trees and our picturesque pond. Our guests dined on a four course, family-style, Mediaterrian feast featuring our own grass fed lamb, late summer produce, & house-made charcuterie prepared by our Executive Chef, Josh Sweat. We also collaborated with Jennifer Glover, of Carolina Girl Cooks, who prepared gourmet tea cookies that were deconstructed and highlighted throughout each course, including lavender tea cookie encrusted goat cheese and baklava two ways. Each course was thoughtfully paired with an assortment of Spanish wines and regional craft beer from Fullsteam Brewery.
