Take Home Meals

We offer a variety of take home meals featuring our certified organic produce and pastured meats.  Dishes change on a weekly basis based on what's in season. Each meal includes 2-3 servings feeding 2 adults. 

Email amy@greenbrierfarms.com to place your order.  Provide a contact number and pick up location (Greenbrier Farms OR The Farmacy in Easley.  Pick up times are Mondays from 11:30am-5:30PM.  Place orders by Thursdays at 9am prior to pick up date. 

Available Each Week - Greenbrier grass-fed burger patties (4, 6 oz patties) - $15

  • Twice Baked Root Veg Soup with Greenbrier Bacon Garnish – our play on twice baked potato soup
  • Sweet Potato Hash with Mushrooms & Smoked Gouda

  • Three Cheese & Winter Greens Quiche
  • Cold Asian Noodle Salad with Pickled Cucumber, Bok Choy, Ginger & Peanut
  • Pepper Pot Soup – Greenbrier Beef, Greens & Potatoes with Herbed Broth
