Take Home Meals

We offer a variety of take home meals featuring our certified organic produce and pastured meats.  Dishes change on a weekly basis based on what's in season. Each meal includes 2-3 servings feeding 2 adults. 

Email amy@greenbrierfarms.com to place your order.  Provide a contact number and pick up location (Greenbrier Farms on Friday afternoons 1-5PM or TD Saturday Market in Downtown Greenville on Saturdays 8AM-12PM). Place orders by Thursday at 11am prior to pick up date.

Available Each Week - Greenbrier grass-fed burger patties (4, 6b ox patties) - $15

October Meal Options:

Week of Oct 5 - $20/meal (includes marinated bean salad)

  • Greenbrier grass-fed beef stuffed peppers
  • Butternut squash and apple soup
  • Eggplant parmesan

Week of Oct 12th  $20/meal (includes cornbread muffins)

  • Roast beets with goat cheese and arugula
  • Butternut squash chowder with braised Greenbrier pork
  • Beans and greens - kale, collards, black eyed peas, potlicker, spices

Week of Oct 19th -  $20/meal (marinated kale and radish salad)

  • Spinach and three cheese quiche
  • Baked rigatoni with fresh vegetable ragu, kale and mozzarella
  • Green tomato chili with Greenbrier pork sausage and black eyed peas

Week of Oct 26th - $20/meal (includes rice chicharrons – you know you wanna try them)

  • Enchilada Pie – Greenbrier ground beef and chorizo, seasonal vegetables, cheese, tortillas, house made spicy tomato sauce
  • Braised Greenbrier beef and bok choy
  • Fall salad - Mix of greens, radishes, beets, onion, eggs, aged cheddar, bacon, apple cider vinaigrette
