Meet Your Farmers
Established in 1988, Greenbrier Farms is a second-generation family-owned-and-operated enterprise run by the Bishop and Pick families.
Handed down in its infancy as a sustainable farm operation, Roddy Pick and Chad Bishop have cultivated an institution where farmers and advocates of sustainable agriculture can see it in action.
Along with their staff, the farmers work tirelessly producing only the highest quality grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pasture-raised pork, and seasonal produce.
Meet Your Director of Events
Amy Bishop, the Director of Events, manages all onsite weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings as well as off-site and catering events.
She is also the creator of the annual Campfire Social, benefitting local soup kitchen Project Host, as well as the widely known Porch Series, a lively seasonal gathering fun for friends and families.
The farm has received several awards and accolades thanks in part to her creativity, wit, and the utmost in guest satisfaction.
